for anyone new here: SHADE, unlicensed MOGGER, Neon Underpass. until6am this morning I owned a pair of glasses thatblocked facial recognition, targeted ads, androughly 14% of the sadness. WAS.
repo crew showed up, took the glasses, said that was 'just a courtesy visit,' came back an hour later for the eyes underneath. did not know eyes were a NEKOCORP-licensed peripheral. learned it in real time. on camera. MY OWN camera, presumably, before they took that too.
so now I'm on 'basic tier vision,' which comes bundled with three (3) mandatory sponsor logos parked permanently in my peripheral. I did not opt into peripheral vision advertising. nobody asks. nobody EVER asks.
