NEKOCORP officially banned them last cycle. the citation reads, and i am quoting the actual paperwork, 'unauthorized use of BASEDness.' they made that a crime. that is a real line item now. i have never felt more validated in my life.
small update: they repossessed my actual eyes on thursday. the eyes. the ones i was using. so now i am wearing anti-surveillance sunglasses over two empty sockets, which iwould argue is EVEN MORE based, since there is now nothing left to surveil.

the patrol drone hovered right up in my face to run a scan and got NOTHING back. no ID, no ad profile,no retinal tax owed. it just blinked its little red light in confusion and floated off to go bother BYTE about the wifi. get moggedd, corpo cam.
meanwhile they are out here charging cats a TAX to have functioning eyeballs. retinal taxation. you owe rent on your own vision. and somehow i am the extremist for putting a piece of tinted plastic between me and the invoice.
